In the Business Since 2006
Shenzhen Leisen Technology Co. Ltd. has two factories with over 300 employees, having mainly produced 100% biodegradable bagasse(sugarcane) tableware(bagasse plates, bowls, clamshells, cups, etc.) since 2015.
In 2018, our general manager seized the opportunity and quickly purchased equipment to produce disposable and biodegradable environment-friendly products (paper straws, paper bags, paper cups) to expand our business scope. We have over 380 sets of fully automatic production lines for sugarcane (Bagasse) plates/clamshells/bowls/cups, with at least 150 tons per day.
Now, disposable, 100% biodegradable paper straws and sugarcane (Bagasse) plates/clamshells/bowls/cups are our main business scope.

Our advantage
Our factory covers a total area of 130,000 square meters.
1. Control system: The whole production line is equipped with advanced PLC control system, DCS software and independently developed mobile APP software.
2, Software system: Combining ERP system and MES production management system, seamless connection for information management and production, information data interaction and sharing, which strengthen departmental collaboration and enhance production fine management.
3, Machines: We have 2 production area with 16 production lines (24 machines in a single line, a total of 384 machines), and we have our own mould workshop with 7 sets of CNC machines.
4, Packaging: The products into the packing room will be disinfected by ultraviolet light, and the products will be disinfected before packaging. (packaging process: semi-finished product inspection - disinfection - counting - weighing - bagging - sealing - bag sealing - bag labeling - carton box sealing - stacking - finished products will be scan and record before into the warehouse)
5, Traceability code: Ensure the traceability of products, and use 30-digit traceability barcode (including production time, production workshop, shift, machine number, variety, customer information, selection worker number, etc.)
6, Our production capacity: At least 150 tons per day
7, Certificates: Our products passed through BRC A, BSCI, FDA, LFGB, BPI, and OK compost Testing, and have been exported to the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
